Our Campaigns
Banes Ba Dimbu works to provide clean drinking water, to preserve and protect health and to advance education among those who are in need.
We aim to do this in a way that is sustainable and maintains the self-sufficiency of the people.
The Banes Ba Dimbu organization has several campaigns we wish to complete within the next few years. With our main goals being to improve the lives of the people in the our village and surrounding villages, we plan to initiate one campaign at a time. However, if you feel drawn to support a specific campaign, you can do so at any time.
About our Organization
Banes Ba Dimbu is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of the people in our village and surrounding villages. We are fully registered with the Gabonese government and our organization is run completely by people in the village communities. Additionally, we are partnered with the U.S.-based non-profit Bwiti Tree to be able to accept donations from all over the world.

Our Team

Moughenda Mikala
Moughenda is a 10th generation Missoko Bwiti Shaman who is dedicated to supporting his people. As shaman, Moughenda is responsible for the well-being of the people in his village and he created Banes Ba Dimbu so that he can get outside support for the projects he knows his village needs. Many people around the world have benefitted from Moughenda's generosity as a healer and he hopes that the Banes Ba Dimbu organization will provide a means for people to give back to the Bwiti community.

Boussengui Guy Roger
Boussengui is most well-known throughout Gabon for his musical talent. He is one of the best Bwiti harpists in Gabon, but also cares deeply about the people of his village. Boussengui's village and community is just a few miles away from Moughenda's village and will also benefit from the campaigns and projects of Bans Ba Dimbu. As a premier counselor of Banes Ba Dimbu, Boussengui brings his intimate knowledge of the needs of his village to the outside world and to support the execution of these projects

Madeleine Cullerton
Madeleine takes her years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry into this wonderful cause helping to coordinate marketing efforts as well as serve as a general liaison between the village and those that wish to help it. As someone whose life has already been dramatically affected by the generosity of this village, Madeleine hopes she’s able to return this gift in some way.

Ryan "Ghenigho" Rich
Ryan "Ghenigho" Rich is a student of Moughenda, studying the Missoko Bwiti tradition. His gratitude for the powerful life skills he learned from the Bwiti is immense and he hopes to return the favor in any way he can. Before finding the Bwiti, Ryans's professional career has always been in operations. He worked as a COO of a large transportation and tech company for over 7 years and hopes to bring these skills to more meaningful work that is close to his heart, like this beautiful organization, Banes Ba Dimbu.
Who We Serve
Our projects are meant to help the people from our village and surrounding communities. Our village is located just four hours south Libreville in Gabon. Gabon is a beautiful equatorial West African country. The people of our village practice the spiritual tradition known as Bwiti and continue to share it generously with the outside world.
